Return Policy

  • Call us to arrange for any returns at 913.652.1357 or you may email customer service at [email protected]
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
  • Return request must be within 14 days of order received date
  • Remanufactured core returns must be received within 14 days of order received date. 
  • A shipping return label will come with new unit. Core must be the OEM part, unpainted without visible damage for credit. Please send back in packaging that the new one came with.
  • If a part needs to be returned because of our error, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge
  • If a part needs to be returned because the customers ordering error, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any part we find has been installed, used or does not meet the below criteria...

  • Part must be sealed and in original packaging
  • We will not take back used, tested or previously-installed part
  • Part must have manufacturer label attached and undamaged
  • Electrical and painted parts are non-returnable

Please call or email us for a Return Authorization Number, at [email protected] prior to returning any merchandise. PARTS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REJECTED. If you chose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in the original, unopened, undamaged packaging or you will not receive credit. Parts must be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase invoice (this can be found under “Your Account” on our site). All shipments must be prepaid. COD and freight collect shipments will be refused. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.


Core Policy

Some parts offered on our site have a "core charge" applied to them. This is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us.  Cores must be original Acura parts, no aftermarket cores can be accepted.  Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, undamaged, and in the original packaging.


Cancellation Policy

  • An order, or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 15% may apply
